Chapter Sixteen (פֶּרֶק שִׁשָּׁה עָשָׂר)

What you will find written, “The Lord Hashem swore” (מַה שֶּׁתִּמְצָא כָּתוּב נִשְׁבַּע אֲדנ״י יֱהוֹ״הִ) (Amos 4:2, Amos 6:8), refers to Leah (הוּא בְּלֵאָה), for she is always in the illumination of the Malkhut of Imma (שֶׁהִיא תָּמִיד בְּהֶאָרַת מַלְכוּת אִמָּא), and there she was enlarged (וְשָׁם נִתְגַּדְּלָה), and your sign is “and there the greatness” — Leah (וְסִימָנֶיךָ וְשָׁם הַגְּדוּלָּה לֵאָה), and because of this she is called by these two Names (וְנִקְרֵאת מִשּׁוּם זֶה בְּאֵלּוּ הַב׳ שֵׁמוֹת). Because she is in the aspect of Binah, which is called Havayah vocalized with the vowels of Elohim (לְפִי שֶׁהִיא בִּבְחִינַת בִּינָה הַנִּקְרֵאת הֲוָיָ״ה בְּנִקּוּדוֹת אֱלֹהִים), and because she is associated with Rachel (וּלְפִי שֶׁהִיא אֵצֶל רָחֵל), and at times extends downward (וְלִפְעָמִים מִתְפַּשֶּׁטֶת עַד לְמַטָּה), and even when she is above she takes the signs of Rachel (וַאֲפִלּוּ כְּשֶׁהִיא לְמַעְלָה לוֹקַחַת סִימָנֶיהָ שֶׁל רָחֵל), therefore she is called Adonai (לָכֵן נִקְרֵאת אֲדנ״י).
