Chapter 11, Section 3 (פֶּרֶק י״א אוֹת ג׳)
3. Who would not honor the Glorious King (ג. מִי לֹא יֶהֱדַר לַמֶּלֶךְ מְהֻדָּר), who would not praise the Praised King (מִי לֹא יְשַׁבַּח לַמֶּלֶךְ מְשֻׁבָּח), who would not sanctify the Sanctified King (מִי לֹא יְקַדֵּשׁ לַמֶּלֶךְ מְקֻדָּשׁ), for each and every day (שֶׁבְּכָל יוֹם וָיוֹם), wonders and mighty acts come and stir before Him (נִפְלָאוֹת וּגְבוּרוֹת בָּאוֹת וּמִתְרַגְּשׁוֹת לְפָנָיו), each one different from the other (מְשֻׁנוֹת זוֹ מִזּוֹ), for He receives the fluttering of His Afriyyot (כִּי מְקַבֵּל עַפְעַפֵּי אֲפַרְיוֹתָיו), which chant and come forth from their mouths (שֶׁשּׁוֹרֵר וְיוֹצֵא מִפִּיהֶם), in that Name- (בְּאוֹתוֹ הַשֵּׁם), a Name that enters the ears and comes out through the mouth (שֵׁם הַנִּכְנָס בָּאָזְנַיִם וְיוֹצֵא בַּפֶּה), and is forgotten from the heart that is not worthy of it (וּמִשְׁתַּכֵּחַ מִן הַלֵּב שֶׁאֵינוֹ הָגוּן לוֹ), as the matter that is said: “Holy, holy, holy is Hashem, Master of Hosts...” (כְּדָבָר שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ ה׳ צְבָאוֹת וגו׳).
