Chapter 20, Section 6 (פֶּרֶק כ׳ אוֹת ו׳)

6 And one of Domiya"l (ו. וְאֶחָד שֶׁל דּוֹמִיא״ל). And is Domiya"l his [true] name? (וְכִי דּוֹמִיא״ל שְׁמוֹ), Behold, his name is Avir Gehideriyam (וַהֲלֹא אַבִּיר גְּהִידְרִיָּ״ם שְׁמוֹ)! Why is his name called Domiya"l? (לָמָּה נִקְרָא שְׁמוֹ דּוֹמִיא״ל) Rabbi Yishma’el said (אָמַר רַבִּי יִשְׁמָעֵאל): So said Rabbi Nechunyah ben haKanah (כָּךְ אָמַר רַבִּי נְחוּנְיָא בֶּן הַקָּנָה): Every day, a heavenly voice goes forth from the Aravot Raki‘a (בְּכָל יוֹם וָיוֹם בַּת קוֹל יוֹצֵאת מֵעֲרָבוֹת רָקִיעַ), and proclaims and says (וּמַכְרֶזֶת וְאוֹמֶרֶת): “The heavenly court thus speaks” (בֵּית דִּין שֶׁל מַעְלָה כָּךְ אוֹמְרִים): Taʿum, Bar Menatz"eh, Zefukhei, Gashash, Ge’ashet (טַע"וּ"ם וּבַר מְנַצֵ״ה זְפוּכֵי גַּש״ש גַּעַש״ת), Hashem, God of Yisrael (ה׳ אֱלֹקֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל), called him Domiya"l in My Name (קָרָא אוֹתוֹ דּוֹמִיא״ל עַל שְׁמִי), because what I see-I remain silent (וּמַה שֶּׁאֲנִי רוֹאֶה מַחֲרִישׁ). Thus Domiya"l-is My permission (כָּךְ דּוֹמִיא״ל רְשׁוּת שֶׁלִּי), at the lintel of the right side (מַשְׁקוֹף שֶׁל יָמִין), and he is with him-Ketzfiya"l, the prince (וְהוּא עִמּוֹ קְצְפִיא״ל הַשַּׂר), and there is upon him no hatred, nor enmity, nor jealousy, nor rivalry (וְאֵין לוֹ עָלָיו לֹא אֵיבָה וְלֹא שִׂנְאָה וְלֹא קִנְאָה וְלֹא תַּחֲרוּת), but these are for My honor, and those are for My honor (אֶלָּא אֵלּוּ לִכְבוֹדִי וְאֵלּוּ לִכְבוֹדִי).
