Who brought you out from the land of Egypt “Who” (asher) -the place from which all are blessed “Who brought you out from the land of Egypt”: this is the Jubilee As we have learned, from the side of the Jubilee Yisrael went out from Egypt And for this reason, fifty times is the Exodus from Egypt mentioned in the Orayta Fifty days to receive the Orayta

Fifty years for the release of slaves From the house of bondage (מִבֵּית עֲבָדִים): as it is written, “He struck every firstborn in the land of Egypt” (Exodus 12) (כְּמָה דִּכְתִּיב הִכָּה כָל בְּכוֹר בְּאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם). And we have learned: these are the lower crowns in which the Egyptians were washed Just as there is a house above, so is there a house below A holy house above, as it is written, “With Chokhmah a house is built” (Proverbs 24)

A lower house below, that is not holy, as it is written, “from the house of bondage” (בֵּיתָא תַּתָּאָה לְתַתָּא, דְּלָא קַדִּישָׁא, כְּמָה דִּכְתִּיב מִבֵּית עֲבָדִים). It was taught: at the moment the word “Anochi” was spoken, all those commandments of the Orayta that are unified with the supernal Holy King were all encompassed in this word Some say: this one (נ״א: דָּא׳) - they were all encompassed within this word (כֻּלְּהוּ הֲוָה כְּלִילָן בְּהַאי מִלָּה). As we have learned: all the commandments of the Orayta are unified in the body of the King

Another matter: in the supernal Holy King Some are in the head of the King, and some in the body, and some in the hands of the King, and some in His feet (מִנְּהוֹן בְּרֵישָׁא דְּמַלְכָּא, וּמִנְהוֹן בְּגוּפָא, וּמִנְהוֹן בִּידֵי מַלְכָּא, וּמִנְהוֹן בְּרַגְלוֹי), and there is no one who departs from the body of the King to the outside (וְלֵית מַאן דְּנָפִיק מִן גּוּפָא דְּמַלְכָּא לְבַר).

And therefore, whoever transgresses one commandment of the Orayta, it is as if he transgresses against the body of the King (וּבְגִין כַּךְ, מַאן דְּפָשַׁע בְּחַד פִּקּוּדֵי אוֹרַיְיתָא, כְּמַאן דְּפָשַׁע בְּגוּפָא דְּמַלְכָּא), as it is written, “And they shall go out and see the corpses of the men who rebelled against Me” (Isaiah 66) (כְּמָה דִּכְתִּיב וְיָצְאוּ וְרָאוּ בְּפִגְרֵי הָאֲנָשִׁים הַפּוֹשְׁעִים בִּי). Against Me-literally (בִּי מַמָּשׁ). Woe to the guilty who transgress the words of the Orayta and do not know what they are doing Rabbi Shimon said: the very place to which a person is bound-that very place reveals his guilt Some say: Rabbi Shimon said: Kudsha Berikh Hu Himself reveals his guilt One who sins against Kudsha Berikh Hu, Kudsha Berikh Hu reveals his guilt, as it is written, “The heavens shall reveal his iniquity, and the earth shall rise up against him” (Job 20) “The heavens shall reveal his iniquity”-this is Kudsha Berikh Hu “And the earth shall rise against him”-this is Kudsha Berikh Hu Some say: this is Knesset Yisrael

It was taught: the heavens reveal the guilt of a person And at the moment that his guilt is revealed, the earth executes judgment upon the person (וּבְשַׁעֲתָא דְּאִיהוּ גַּלְּיָא חוֹבֵיהּ, אֶרֶץ עָבִיד דִּינָא דְּבַר נָשׁ), as it is written, “and the earth shall rise up against him” (Job 20) (דִּכְתִּיב, וְאֶרֶץ מִתְקוֹמָמָה לוֹ), to carry out judgment upon him (לְמֶעְבַּד דִּינָא בֵּיהּ).

Rabbi Yose said: we have learned in the name of Rabbi Shimon, that at the time the Orayta was given, Imma and the children were found in wholeness (אָמַר ר׳ יוֹסֵי, תָּנֵינָן מִשְּׁמֵיהּ דְּר׳ שִׁמְעוֹן, בְּשַׁעֲתָא דְּאִתְיְהִיבַת אוֹרַיְיתָא, אִימָא וּבְנִין בִּשְׁלֵימוּתָא אִשְׁתְּכָחוּ), as it is written, “the mother of the children is joyful” (Psalms 113) (דִּכְתִּיב, אֵם הַבָּנִים שְׂמֵחָה).

Anochi [I] (אָנֹכִי)—as we have learned (כְּמָה דְּתָנֵינָן): Avraham Avinu had a daughter (בַּת הָיְתָה לוֹ לְאַבְרָהָם אָבִינוּ); she is the Shekhinta (הִיא שְׁכִינְתָּא). And this is the daughter (וְדָא בַּת). Hashem Elokekha (יְיָ אֱלֹהֶיךָ)—as it is written (דִּכְתִּיב): “My firstborn son is Yisrael” (בְּנִי בְכוֹרִי יִשְׂרָאֵל) (Shemot 4:22). And it is written (וּכְתִיב): “She is a Etz Chayim [Tree of Life] to those who grasp her” (עֵץ חַיִּים הִיא לַמַּחֲזִיקִים בָּהּ) (Mishlei 3:18). Behold, the son (הָא בֵּן).

“Who brought you out from the land of Egypt” (אֲשֶׁר הוֹצֵאתִיךָ מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם)—as it is written (דִּכְתִּיב): “It is a Yovel [Jubilee]; it shall be holy to you” (יוֹבֵל הִיא קֹדֶשׁ תִּהְיֶה לָכֶם) (Vayikra 25:12). And it is written (וּכְתִיב): “The mother of the children is joyful” (אֵם הַבָּנִים שְׂמֵחָה) (Tehillim 113:9). “And you shall sanctify the fiftieth year and proclaim liberty” (וְקִדַּשְׁתֶּם אֵת שְׁנַת הַחֲמִשִּׁים שָׁנָה וּקְרָאתֶם דְּרוֹר) (Vayikra 25:10)—behold: Imma and the children Imma sits, the children sit And all the worlds are in joy and completeness And concerning this it is written (וְעַל דָּא כְּתִיב): “The mother of the children is joyful” (אֵם הַבָּנִים שְׂמֵחָה) (Tehillim 113:9). When Imma becomes pregnant (מִתְעַבְּרָא אִימָא), all become pregnant in their places (כֻּלְּהוּ מִתְעַבְּרָן בְּדוּכְתַּיְיהוּ). And it is written (וּכְתִיב): “You shall not take the mother together with the children” (לֹא תִקַּח הָאֵם עַל הַבָּנִים) (Devarim 22:6). And we have learned (וְתָנֵינָן): a person should not commit sins below (לָא יַעְבִיד בַּר נָשׁ חוֹבֵי לְתַתָּא), because Imma is removed from over the children (בְּגִין דְּאִתְעֲבָר אִימָּא מֵעַל בְּנִין).

Rabbi Yitzchak said (אָמַר ר׳ יִצְחָק): all is Kudsha Berikh Hu (כֹּלָּא קוּדְשָׁא בְּרִיךְ הוּא). All is He (כֹּלָּא הוּא). All is one (כֹּלָּא חַד). And these words were revealed for those who reap the field Happy are they in this world and in the World to Come

It was taught: Rabbi El'azar said, it is written, “In the beginning Elohim created the heavens and the earth” (Bereshit 1) And it is written, “On the day that Hashem Elohim made earth and heaven” (Bereshit 2) What is our established understanding of these verses? But we have learned: both were created as one This teaches that the Holy One Blessed Be He extended His right line and created the heavens, and extended His left line and created the earth At first: the heavens and the earth, and afterward: the earth and the heavens

It was taught (תְּנָן): it is written (כְּתִיב), “On that day I will respond, says Hashem; I will respond to the heavens, and they shall respond to the earth” (בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא אֶעֱנֶה נְאֻם יְיָ אֶעֱנֶה אֶת הַשָּׁמַיִם וְהֵם יַעֲנוּ אֶת הָאָרֶץ) (Hoshea 2:23). “I will respond to the heavens” (אֶעֱנֶה אֶת הַשָּׁמַיִם)—these are the heavens literally (שָׁמַיִם מַמָּשׁ), as it is written (דִּכְתִּיב): “The heavens are My throne” (הַשָּׁמַיִם כִּסְאִי) (Yeshayahu 66:1). “And they shall respond to the earth” (וְהֵם יַעֲנוּ אֶת הָאָרֶץ)—the earth literally (הָאָרֶץ מַמָּשׁ), as it is written (דִּכְתִּיב): “And the earth is My footstool” (וְהָאָרֶץ הֲדוֹם רַגְלָי) (Yeshayahu 66:1). Shamayim [Heavens] (שָׁמַיִם)—these are the supernal heavens (שָׁמַיִם עִלָּאִין). And Eretz [Earth] (וְאֶרֶץ)—this is the supernal earth (אֶרֶץ עִלָּאָה). As it was taught (דְּתַנְיָא), when these Shamayim [Heavens] were established in their Tikkun (כַּד אִתָּקַן שָׁמַיִם דָּא בְּתִיקוּנוֹי), they were established corresponding to this Eretz [Earth] (לָקוּבְלֵיהּ דְּהַאי אֶרֶץ), and its desire is to receive it (וְתֵיאוּבְתֵיהּ לְקַבְּלָהּ), through one Darga [Level] called the Tzaddik [Righteous One] (בְּחַד דַּרְגָּא דְּאִקְרֵי צַדִּיק), as it is written (כְּמָה דִּכְתִּיב): “And the Tzaddik [Righteous One] is the foundation of the world” (וְצַדִּיק יְסוֹד עוֹלָם) (Mishlei 10:25), and he was joined to this Eretz [Earth] (וְאִתְדָּבַּק בְּהַאי אֶרֶץ).
