Until here are the two hundred and thirty-one gates of the Front [Frontside] (עַד כָּאן הוּא רל״א שְׁעָרִים פָּנִים), but from the Lamed onward are the two hundred and thirty-one gates of the Back [Backside] (אֲבָל מִן הַלָּמֶ״ד וְאֵילַךְ הוּא רל״א שְׁעָרִים אֲחוֹרִיִּים), which are in the Alef–Beit of A”L–B”M in the Back [Backside] (שֶׁבְּהָאַלְפָּא בֵּיתָא שֶׁל אַל״בָם בָּאֲחוֹרִיִּים), as you will see (כְּמוֹ שֶׁתִּרְאֶה). And likewise there, the Names M”H and B”N come in the Back [Backside] (וְגַם שָׁם מ״ה וּב״ן בָּאִים בָּאֲחוֹר), from the Lamed onward (מִלָּמֶ״ד וָאֵילָךְ), and also the letters Vav–Heh of the Name (וְגַם אוֹתִיּוֹת ו״ה מִן הַשֵּׁם), that is, the Back [Backside] of the Vav–He comes when it is in the center of those letters (דְּהֵינוּ אֲחוֹר שֶׁל ו״ה בָּא בְּהִיּוֹתוֹ בַּמֶּרְכָּז מֵאוֹתָן הָאוֹתִיּוֹת), from Lamed until the letter Tav in the Back [Backside] (מִלָּמֶ״ד וְעַד אוֹת תָּיו בָּאֲחוֹר), and contemplate this well (וְדוּ״ק).
