The Gate of the King’s Delight

שַׁעַר שַׁעֲשׁוּעֵי הַמֶּלֶךְ

The first gate, which is called Sha‘ashu‘ei HaMelekh (הַשַּׁעַר הָרִאשׁוֹן הַנִּקְרָא שַׁעֲשׁוּעֵי הַמֶּלֶךְ), from the book Emek HaMelekh [The Valley of the King] (מִסֵּפֶר עֵמֶק הַמֶּלֶךְ), and it is the first section of Ma‘aseh Bereshit [The Work of Creation] (וְהוּא הֶחָלֶק הָרִאשׁוֹן שֶׁל מַעֲשֵׂה בְרֵאשִׁית). And the first world, from the worlds that are called the Worlds of Ein Sof (וְעוֹלָם הָרִאשׁוֹן מֵעוֹלָמוֹת הַנִּקְרָאִים עוֹלָמוֹת אֵין־סוֹף).
