Chapter 1, Section 2 (פֶּרֶק א׳ אוֹת ב׳)

2. Greater than all (בּ גְּדוֹלָה מִכֻּלָּם): to enter and have him brought in (לְהִכָּנֵס וּלְהַכְנִיסוֹ), to bring him into the chambers of the heavenly palace (וּלְהָבִיאוֹ לַחַדְרֵי הֵיכַל הָרָקִיעַ), to station him before the Throne of His Glory (לְהַעֲמִידוֹ לִפְנֵי כִּסֵּא כְבוֹדוֹ), and to make known to him all that is destined to be in the world (וּלֵידַע כָּל מַה שֶׁהוּא עָתִיד לִהְיוֹת בָּעוֹלָם): to whom they lower and to whom they raise (לְמִי מַשְׁפִּילִין וּלְמִי מַגְבִּיהִין), to whom they weaken and to whom they strengthen (לְמִי מֵרַפִּין וּלְמִי מְגַבְּרִין), to whom they impoverish and to whom they enrich (לְמִי מְרוֹשְׁשִׁין וּלְמִי מְעַשְׁרִין), to whom they cause death and to whom they give life (לְמִי מְמִיתִין וּלְמִי מְחַיִּין), from whom they take inheritance and to whom they give inheritance (לְמִי נוֹטְלִין מִמֶּנּוּ יְרוּשָּׁה וּלְמִי נוֹתְנִין לוֹ יְרוּשָּׁה), to whom they bequeath Torah and to whom they give wisdom (לְמִי מַנְחִילִין לוֹ תּוֹרָה וּלְמִי נוֹתְנִין חָכְמָה).
