Chapter 10, Section 3 (פֶּרֶק י׳ אוֹת ג׳)

3. Rivers of joy (ג. נַהֲרֵי שָׂשׂוֹן), rivers of gladness (נַהֲרֵי שִׂמְחָה), rivers of exultation (נַהֲרֵי גִּילָה), rivers of love (נַהֲרֵי אַהֲבָה), rivers of knowledge (נַהֲרֵי דֵּעוֹת), rivers of favor (נַהֲרֵי רָצוֹן), are poured forth and flow before Him (מִשְׁתַּפְּכִין וְיוֹצְאִין לְפָנָיו), from before the Throne of Glory (מִלִּפְנֵי כִּסֵּא הַכָּבוֹד), and they intensify and pass through the gate of the paths of Aravot, the firmament (וּמִתְגַּבְּרִין וְהוֹלְכִין בְּשַׁעַר נְתִיבוֹת עֲרָבוֹת רָקִיעַ), from the sound of melodies of the lyres of His Chayot (מִקּוֹל נְגִינוֹת כִּנּוֹרוֹת חַיּוֹתָיו), from the sound of joy from the mouths of His Ofanim (מִקּוֹל רִנָּה מִפִּי אוֹפַנָּיו), from the sound of songs, the ringing of His Keruvim (מִקּוֹל זְמִירוֹת צִלְצוּל כְּרוּבָיו), and the sound grows strong and goes forth with thunder (וּמִתְגַּבֵּר קוֹל וְיוֹצְאִין בְּרַעַשׁ), at the moment when Yisrael say before Him: “Holy, holy, holy is Hashem...” (בַּשָּׁעָה שֶׁיִּשְׂרָאֵל אוֹמְרִים לְפָנָיו קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ ה׳ וגו׳).
