Chapter 10, Section 4 (פֶּרֶק י׳ אוֹת ד׳)

4. Like the sound of many waters (ד. כְּקוֹל מַיִם רַבִּים), like the roar of rivers (כְּרַעַשׁ נְהָרוֹת), the feet of Tarshish (רַגְלֵי תַּרְשִׁישׁ), that the southern wind stirs within them (שֶׁרוּחַ דְּרוֹמִית עוֹרוֹרוּת בָּהֶם), like the sound of the song of the Throne of Glory (כְּקוֹל שִׁירָה שֶׁל כִּסֵּא הַכָּבוֹד), which proclaims and praises the Glorified King (שֶׁמַּזְכִּיר וּמְשַׁבֵּחַ לַמֶּלֶךְ מְפֹאָר), a multitude, a great tumult, abundant (הָמוֹן רַעַשׁ גָּדוֹל הַרְבֵּה), and they do not withhold voices from the Throne of Glory (וְאֵין עוֹזְבִין בּוֹ קוֹלוֹת בְּכִסֵּא הַכָּבוֹד), to assist it and to strengthen it (לַעֲזָרוֹ וּלְחַזְּקוֹ), when it sings and extols the Mighty One of Yaakov (כְּשֶׁהוּא מְזַמְּרוֹ וּמְקַלְּסוֹ לְאַבִּיר יַעֲקֹב), as the matter that is said: “Holy, holy, holy is Hashem, Master of Hosts...” (כְּדָבָר שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ ה׳ צְבָאוֹת וגו׳).
