Chapter 10, Section 5 (פֶּרֶק י׳ אוֹת ה׳)

5. I have the heavens and the earth, and riders of the Merkavah (ה. לִי שָׁמַיִם וָאָרֶץ וְיוֹרְדֵי מֶרְכָּבָה), if they are Keruvim, tell this (אִם כְּרוּבִים תַּגִּידוּ זֶה), say: “To disgrace I act” (אִמְרוּ לְכְלִימָה אֲנִי עוֹשֶׂה), in the morning prayer and in the afternoon prayer (בִּתְפִלַּת שַׁחֲרִית וּבִתְפִלַּת הַמִּנְחָה), every day, at every hour (בְּכָל יוֹם בְּכָל שָׁעָה), that Yisrael say: “Holy, holy, holy is Hashem” (שֶׁיִּשְׂרָאֵל אוֹמְרִים קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ ה׳), and teach them, and say to them (וְלַמְּדוּ אוֹתָן וְאִמְרוּ לָהֶם): “Lift your eyes to the firmament, opposite your house of prayer” (שְׂאוּ עֵינֵיכֶם לָרָקִיעַ כְּנֶגֶד בֵּית תְּפִלַּתְכֶם), at the time when you say: ‘Holy, holy, holy is Hashem, Master of Hosts...’” (בַּשָּׁעָה שֶׁאַתֶּם אוֹמְרִים קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ ה׳ צְבָאוֹת וגו׳).
