Chapter 13, Section 2 (פֶּרֶק י״ג אוֹת ב׳)
2. I entreat you, O attributes of the bearers of the Throne of Glory (ב. בְּבַקָּשָׁה מִכֶּם מִדּוֹת נוֹשְׂאֵי כִּסֵּא הַכָּבוֹד), with a full heart and a willing soul (בְּלֵב שָׁלֵם וּבְנֶפֶשׁ חֲפֵצָה), let them magnify exultation and jubilation, song and melody (וִיגַדִּילוּ גִּילָה וְרִנָּה שִׁירָה וּזְמִרָה), before the Throne of His Glory-of Totrosiya"y (לִפְנֵי כִּסֵּא כְבוֹדוֹ שֶׁל טוֹטְרוֹסִיאָ״י), Nevuv (נְבוּ״ב), Martza'an (מַרְתְּצַע״ן), and some say: Nediv (וְאִית דְּאָמְרִי נְדִי״ב), Mitratza'an (מִתְרַצְּעַ״ן), Hashem, God of Yisrael (ה׳ אֱלֹקֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל), who opens His heart at the time of His children’s prayer (וּפוֹתֵחַ לִבּוֹ בִּשְׁעַת תְּפִלַּת בָּנָיו), and will seek and be found by them (וִידְרוֹשׁ וְיִמָּצֵא לָהֶם), to the riders of the Merkavah (לְיוֹרְדֵי מֶרְכָּבָה), at the time when they stand before the Throne of His Glory (בְּשָׁעָה שֶׁהֵן עוֹמְדִים לִפְנֵי כִּסֵּא כְבוֹדוֹ).
