Chapter 15, Section 2 (פֶּרֶק ט״ו אוֹת ב׳)

2. What is this comparable to? (ב. לָמָּה דּוֹמֶה זוֹ) To a man who has a ladder inside his house (לְאָדָם שֶׁיֵּשׁ לוֹ סֻלָּם בְּתוֹךְ בֵּיתוֹ), for anyone who is clean and purified (לְכָל מִי שֶׁהוּא נָקִי וּמְנוֹעָר), from idolatry (מֵעֲבוֹדָה זָרָה), and from forbidden sexual unions (וְגִלּוּי עֲרָיוֹת), and from bloodshed (וּשְׁפִיכוּת דָּמִים), and from desecration of the Name (וְחִלּוּל הַשֵּׁם), and from brazenness (וַעֲזוּת פָּנִים), and from baseless hatred (וְאֵיבַת חִנָּם), and who guards all the positive and negative commandments (וְכָל עֲשֵׂה וְלֹא תַעֲשֶׂה שׁוֹמֵר).
