Chapter 15, Section 3 (פֶּרֶק ט״ו אוֹת ג׳)

3. Rabbi Yishma‘el said (ג. אָמַר רַבִּי יִשְׁמָעֵאל): Rabbi Nechunyah ben haKanah said to me (אָמַר לִי רַבִּי נְחוּנְיָא בֶּן הַקָּנָה), “Son of the proud ones” (בֶּן גֵּאִים), fortunate is he and fortunate is his soul (אַשְׁרֵי וְאַשְׁרֵי נַפְשׁוֹ), for anyone who is clean and purified from eight attributes (שֶׁכָּל מִי שֶׁהוּא נָקִי וּמְנוֹעָר מִשְּׁמוֹנֶה מִדּוֹת), him Totrakhiya"l Hashem (חִלְלוֹ שֶׁטוֹטְרַכִּיאָ״ל ה׳), and Suriy"a, His servant (וְסוּרִי״א עַבְדּוֹ), They despise them. (מוֹאֲסִים בָּהֶם).
