Chapter 25, Section 4 (פֶּרֶק כ״ה אוֹת ד׳)

4. Reign forever and ever (ד. תִּמְלוֹךְ לְעוֹלָמִים), merciful and gracious King (מֶלֶךְ רַחוּם וְחַנּוּן), forgiver and pardoner (סוֹלְחָן וּמְחַלָּן), roller and remover (מְגַלְגֵּל וּמַעֲבִיר). Be adorned in every song (תִּתְהַדֵּר בְּכָל שִׁיר), be exalted over the Throne of Your Glory (תִּתְרוֹמֵם עַל כִּסֵּא כְבוֹדֶךָ), be honored over all Your delight (תִּתְיָקֵר עַל כָּל חֶמְדָּתֶךָ), be praised in all rejoicings (תִּתְקַלֵּס בְּכָל רִנָּנוֹת), be glorified in all praises (תִּשְׁתַּבַּח בְּכָל הַתְּשְׁבָּחוֹת), be lauded in all exaltations (תִּתְהַלֵּל בְּכָל הַתְּהִלּוֹת), be magnified forever (תִּתְגַּדֵּל לְעוֹלָמִים), be sanctified for all eternity (תִּתְקַדֵּשׁ לְעוֹלְמֵי עַד). Ṭoṭrosiyā’i (טוֹטְרוֹסִיא״י) Hashem the God of Israel (ה׳ אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל), Hashem-who is like You? (ה׳ מִי כָּמוֹךָ), Ṭoṭrosiyā’i Hashem the God of Israel (טוֹטְרוֹסִיא״י ה׳ אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל), Master of strengths (בַּעַל גְּבוּרוֹת), to You, Ṭoṭrosiyā’i Hashem the God of Israel (לְךָ טוֹטְרוֹסִיא״י ה׳ אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל), shall the Throne of Your Glory give praise (יְהַלֵּל כִּסֵּא כְבוֹדֶךָ). To You shall they give exaltation and greatness, might and splendor (לְךָ יִתְּנוּ גְּאוּת וְרַבּוּת עֹז וְתִפְאֶרֶת), to You they shall strengthen (לְךָ יַחֲזִקוּ), to You they shall fortify (לְךָ יְאַמְּצוּ), to You they shall renew (לְךָ יְחַדְּשׁוּ), to You they shall sing (לְךָ יְרַנְּנוּ), to You they shall speak (לְךָ יְשִׂיחוּ), to You they shall bless (לְךָ יְבָרְכוּ), to You they shall praise (לְךָ יְשַׁבְּחוּ), to You they shall raise (לְךָ יְרוֹמְמוּ), to You they shall beautify (לְךָ יְפָאֲרוּ), to You they shall exalt (לְךָ יְנַשְּׂאוּ), to You they shall magnify (לְךָ יְגַדְּלוּ), to You they shall honor (לְךָ יְהַדְּרוּ), to You they shall glorify (לְךָ יְהַלְּלוּ), to You they shall extol (לְךָ יְקַלְּסוּ), to You they shall sanctify (לְךָ יְקַדְּשׁוּ). Ṭoṭrosiyā’i Hashem the God of Israel (טוֹטְרוֹסִיא״י ה׳ אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל), Your ministers shall crown You with crowns (מְשָׁרְתֶיךָ יַכְתִּירוּ כְּתָרִים לָךְ), and shall sing to You a new song (וְיָשִׁירוּ לְךָ שִׁיר חָדָשׁ), and shall enthrone You for eternity of eternities (וִימַלִּיכוּךָ לְנֵצַח נְצָחִים), and You shall be called One forever and ever (וְתִקָּרֵא אֶחָד לְעוֹלָם וָעֶד), for You are Hashem the God of Israel (כִּי אַתָּה ה׳ אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל), mighty in valor and great to save (גִּבּוֹר חַיִל וְרַב לְהוֹשִׁיעַ), a God wise in Your dominion (אֵל חָכָם לִמְמַשֶּׁלְתְּךָ), wise in Your kingship (חָכָם לְמַלְכוּתֶךָ). Blessed are You, Hashem (בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה׳), Knower of secrets and Master of the hidden (חָכָם הָרָזִים וַאֲדוֹן הַסְּתָרִים). Amen and Amen (אָמֵן וְאָמֵן).
