Chapter 3, Section 3 (פֶּרֶק ג׳ אוֹת ג׳)

3. King of princes (ג מֶלֶךְ נְסִין), King of might (מֶלֶךְ גְּבוּרָה), King of wonders (מֶלֶךְ נִפְלָאוֹת), King of separations (מֶלֶךְ פְּרִישׁוֹת), Your throne hovers (כִּסְאֲךָ מְעוֹפֵף), from the moment You fixed the peg (מִשָּׁעָה שֶׁתָּקַעְתָּ יָתֵד), of the weaving of the tapestry (אֲרִיגַת הַמַּסֶּכֶת), that is the perfection of the world and its finery (שֶׁשִּׁכְלוּל הָעוֹלָם וְסַלְסוּלוֹ), it stands upon it (עוֹמֵד עָלָיו), for there You placed many attributes (שָׁם רַבּוֹת מִדּוֹת), without end and Eden (עַד אֵין קֵץ וְעֵדֶן). He has not yet set His feet upon the ground of Aravot (וְעֵדֶן לֹא הֵנִיחַ רַגְלָיו עַל קַרְקַע עֲרָבוֹת), but like a bird He flies and stands above it (אֶלָּא כְּעוֹף מְעוֹפֵף וְעוֹמֵד תַּחְתָּיו). Exalted above the exalted ones (גֵּאָה גֵּאִים), crowned with crowns (קְשׁוּרֵי כְּתָרִים), and all the angels of the chief measures that You created (וְכָל מַלְאֲכֵי רָאשֵׁי מִדּוֹת שֶׁבָּרָאתָ), bound, they stand beneath the Throne of Glory (חֲבוּשִׁים עוֹמְדִים תַּחַת כִּסֵּא הַכָּבוֹד), and they are lifted with force, strength, and might (וְהָיוּ מִנְטָלִים בְּעוֹז תּוֹקֶף וּגְבוּרָה), yet even they have not set their feet on the ground of Aravot (וְאַף הֵם לֹא הֵנִיחוּ רַגְלֵיהֶם עַל קַרְקַע עֲרָבוֹת), but like birds they fly and stand beneath it (אֶלָּא כְּעוֹף מְעוֹפְפִים וְעוֹמְדִים תַּחְתָּיו).
