Chapter 3, Section 4 (פֶּרֶק ג׳ אוֹת ד׳)

4. And three times each day (ד וּשְׁלוֹשָׁה פְּעָמִים בְּכָל יוֹם), the Throne of Your Glory prostrates before You (כִּסֵּא כְבוֹדְךָ מִשְׁתַּטֵּחַ לְפָנֶיךָ), and VeHadri’el, Hashem God of Yisrael (וְהַדְרִיאֵ״ל ה׳ אֱלֹקֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל), sits in it, a glorious King (וְשָׁב בָּהּ מֶלֶךְ מְפֹאָר), whose Name is beloved to me and not heavy upon me (שֶׁשִּׁמְךָ חָבִיב עָלַי וְאֵינוֹ כָּבֵד עָלַי), as the matter that is said (כְּדָבָר שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר): “Holy, holy, holy is Hashem of Hosts…” (קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ ה׳ צְבָאוֹת וגו׳) - (Isaiah 6:3).
