Chapter 30, Section 4 (פֶּרֶק ל׳ אוֹת ד׳)

4. Through you, princes are obeyed (ד. עַל יֶדְכֶם נְשִׂיאִים נִשְׁמָעִים), at your word, the heads of the courts stand (עַל פִּיכֶם אֲבוֹת בֵּית דִּין עוֹמְדִים), heads of the exiles you establish (רָאשֵׁי גָּלוּיוֹת אַתֶּם מַעֲמִידִין), judges of towns from your jurisdiction (שׁוֹפְטֵי עֲיָרוֹת מִרְשׁוּת שֶׁלָּכֶם). Eternal ordinances shall go forth from you (תַּקָּנוֹת עוֹלָם מִכֶּם תֵּצֵא), and there is none who disputes them (וְאֵין מִי שֶׁחוֹלֵק עָלֶיהָ). A great war they waged with Me (מִלְחָמָה רַבָּה נִלְחֲמוּ עִמִּי), the ministers of the great accuser (מְשָׁרְתֵי קָטִיגוֹר גָּדוֹל), the ministering angels (מַלְאֲכֵי הַשָּׁרֵת)-this is His answer (זוֹ תְּשׁוּבָתוֹ שֶׁלּוֹ).
