Chapter 33, Section 3 (פֶּרֶק ל״ג אוֹת ג׳)

3. Again the Holy One, blessed be He, gives Israel an opening of the mouth against him even more (ג. שׁוּב נוֹתֵן הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא פִּתְחוֹן פֶּה לְיִשְׂרָאֵל עָלָיו בְּיוֹתֵר), and one says to another (וְאוֹמֵר זֶה לָזֶה): “Know that this man was a wanderer (תֵּדְעוּ שֶׁאוֹתוֹ הָאָדָם תּוֹעֶה הָיָה), and he led Israel astray (וְהָיָה מַרְעֶה אֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל). Did Pharaoh imprison Moshe? (כְּלוּם חָבַשׁ פַּרְעֹה אֶת מֹשֶׁה), that this messenger they have imprisoned?” (שֶׁשָּׁלִיחַ זֶה חָבְשֻׁהוּ).
