Chapter 4, Section 4 (פֶּרֶק ד׳ אוֹת ד׳)

4. And pleasant and sweet is His beauty in appearance (ד וְעָרֵב וּמָתוֹק יָפְיוֹ בְּמַרְאֵה), the beauty, the radiance, the splendor (יוֹפִי זִיו הָדָר), the eyes of the living beings gaze upon it (עֵינֵי חַיּוֹת), as the matter that is said (כְּדָבָר שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר): “Holy, holy, holy is Hashem of Hosts…” (קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ ה׳ צְבָאוֹת וגו׳) - (Isaiah 6:3).
