Chapter 9, Section 5 (פֶּרֶק ט׳ אוֹת ה׳)

5. Annulers of decree and awakeners of oath (ה. מְבַטְּלֵי גְזֵרָה וּמְעִירֵי שְׁבוּעָה), removers of dread, turners back of jealousy (מַעֲבִירֵי אֵימָה מְשִׁיבֵי קִנְאָה), mentioners of love, arrangers of thoughts before the majesty of the glory of the palace (מַזְכִּירֵי אַהֲבָה מְסַדְּרֵי דֵּעוֹת לִפְנֵי הֲדַר גְּאוֹן הֵיכָל), what is it to you that you exult (מַה לָּכֶם שֶׁאַתֶּם מְרַנְּנִים), and at times to you that you are awe-inspiring (וּפְעָמִים לָכֶם שֶׁאַתֶּם נוֹרָאִים), and at times to you that you are terrified (וּפְעָמִים לָכֶם שֶׁאַתֶּם מְבֹהָלִים)? Say: when the wheels of the Chariot resound and stand in dread (אִמְרוּ כְּשֶׁאוֹפַנֵּי מֶרְכָּבָה מַהְדִּירִין וְעוֹמְדִים בְּבֶהָלָה), and when the radiance of the Chariot is filled with judgment (וּכְשֶׁזֹהַר מֶרְכָּבָה מָלֵא דִּין), we rejoice a great rejoicing (אָנוּ שְׂמֵחִים שִׂמְחָה רַבָּה), as the matter that is said (כְּדָבָר שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר): “Holy, holy, holy is Hashem of Hosts…” (קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ ה׳ צְבָאוֹת וגו׳).
