“To the lamps that are upon its head” (לַנֵּרוֹת אֲשֶׁר עַל רֹאשָׁהּ), and they are YH Yod Heh, V’H Vav Heh (וְאִינוּן י״ה יו״ד ה״א, ו״ה וא״ו ה״א). And they are seven doubles: Bet, Gimal, Dalet, Kaf, Peh, Resh, Tav, as garments for them And all of them ascend from the heart to the mouth Seven vanities ascend, seven descend to give them drink And therefore: “Seven and seven pipes” (וּבְגִין דָּא שִׁבְעָה וְשִׁבְעָה מוּצָקוֹת) (Zechariah 4:2). Three of them are hidden above (תְּלַת אִינוּן גְּנִיזִין לְעִילָא), their garments are Aleph, Mem, Shin (דִּלְבוּשִׁין דִּלְהוֹן אֶמֶ״שׁ), which are fire, water, and Ruach (דְּאִינוּן אֵשׁ מַיִם רוּחַ).

Behold they are ten, ascending from the thirty-two paths And they correspond to the ten sayings and the thirty-two Elohim of Bereshit, behold forty-two From the heart goes forth fire From the wings of the lungs Ruach From the brain water (מִמּוֹחָא מַיָּא). And Ruach holds with water and fire, and becomes a voice When it holds with water, it is said of it: “The voice of Hashem is upon the waters” (כַּד אֲחִיד בְּמַיָּא אִתְּמַר בֵּיהּ קוֹל יהו״ה עַל הַמָּיִם) (Psalms 29:3). When it holds with fire, it is said of it: “The voice of Hashem hews flames of fire” (כַּד אֲחִיד בְּאֶשָּׁא אִתְּמַר בֵּיהּ קוֹל יהו״ה חוֹצֵב לַהֲבוֹת אֵשׁ) (Psalms 29:7). When it holds with Ruach, it is: “A strong wind breaking the mountains and shattering rocks” (כַּד אֲחִיד בְּרוּחָא אִיהוּ רוּחַ חָזָק מְפָרֵק הָרִים וּמְשַׁבֵּר סְלָעִים) (I Kings 19:11). And about it is said: “The voice of Hashem breaks the cedars” (וַעֲלֵיהּ אִתְּמַר קוֹל יהו״ה שׁוֹבֵר אֲרָזִים) (Psalms 29:5). And three vowels correspond to Aleph, Mem, Shin And they are Cholem, Sheva, Kamatz (וְאִינוּן חָשַׁ״ק).

This is what is written: “Only your fathers did Hashem desire” (הֲדָא הוּא דִכְתִיב רַק בַּאֲבֹתֶיךָ חָשַׁק יהו״ה) (Deuteronomy 10:15). And they are Cholem, Sheva, Kamatz Kamatz to the right: “The voice of Hashem is upon the waters” (קָמֵ״ץ לִימִינָא קוֹל יהו״ה עַל הַמָּיִם) (Psalms 29:3). And when Ruach holds with it, which is Cholem, it is said of it: “And the Ruach of Elohim hovered over the face of the waters” (וְכַד רוּחָא אֲחִיד בֵּיהּ דְּאִיהוּ חוֹלֵ״ם, אִתְּמַר בֵּיהּ וְרוּחַ אלהי״ם מְרַחֶפֶת עַל פְּנֵי הַמָּיִם) (Bereshit 1:2). Sheva is in the fire And when Ruach holds with it, it is a strong Ruach, breaking mountains and shattering rocks (וְכַד אֲחִיד בֵּיהּ רוּחַ, אִיהוּ רוּחַ חָזָק מְפָרֵק הָרִים וּמְשַׁבֵּר סְלָעִים), from the side of Gevurah, which is strong (מִסִּטְרָא דִגְבוּרָה דְאִיהוּ תַּקִּיף). When the Ruach holds with it, which is Cholem, between Kamatz and Sheva, which are water and fire (כַּד אֲחִיד בֵּיהּ רוּחָא דְאִיהוּ חוֹלֵ״ם בֵּין קָמֵ״ץ שְׁבָ״א דְאִינוּן מַיָּא וְאֶשָּׁא), which are the two arms, in which are right hand and left hand, which are twenty-eight joints (דְּאִינוּן תְּרֵין דְּרוֹעִין, דְּאִית בְּהוֹן יַד יָמִין יַד שְׂמֹאל דְּאִינוּן כ״ח פִּרְקִין), it is said of them: “The voice of Hashem is with strength” (אִתְּמַר בְּהוּ קוֹל יהו״ה בַּכֹּחַ) (Psalms 29:4). When this Ruach holds in the middle pillar, it is said of it: “The voice of Hashem is with beauty” (כַּד הַאי רוּחָא אֲחִיד בְּעַמּוּדָא דְאֶמְצָעִיתָא, אִתְּמַר בֵּיהּ קוֹל יהו״ה בֶּהָדָר) (Psalms 29:4). When it holds in the two thighs, which are Tzeirei, it is said of them: “The voice of Hashem causes the hinds to give birth” (כַּד אֲחִיד בִּתְרֵין שׁוֹקִין דְּאִינוּן צֵרִ״י, אִתְּמַר בְּהוֹן קוֹל יהו״ה יְחוֹלֵל אַיָּלוֹת) (Psalms 29:9). These are the two little ones of the hind, two brothers, each joined to his brother And here is the mystery of Yibbum, that if his brother falls, behold the second raises him up

And the mystery of the matter: “He has made me desolate, faint all the day” (וְרָזָא דְמִלָּה נְתָנַנִי שׁוֹמֵמָה כָּל הַיּוֹם דָּוָ״ה) (Lamentations 1:13). And this is Hod, of which it is said: “For He touched the hollow of Ya'akov’s thigh” (וְדָא הוֹ״ד, דְּאִתְּמַר בֵּיהּ כִּי נָגַע בְּכַף יֶרֶךְ יַעֲקֹב) (Bereshit 32:33). In his hollow, which is Shekhinta, faint, in exile Because the thigh, which is Vav from the Heh, flew away, and she was left with her Dalet “The voice of Hashem shakes the wilderness”-this is Chirek, this is the Tzaddik (Psalms 29:8). When Ruach holds in it, it is “shakes the wilderness” (כַּד רוּחַ אֲחִיד בֵּיהּ אִיהוּ יָחִיל מִדְבָּר). Seven voices corresponding to the seven names ABGYTTZ, etc.

Ruach ascends into the Air, which is the supernal Keter, the primordial Air Fire ascends toward the Heh, which is Imma, and becomes woman Water ascends toward the Yod and becomes seas, and this is Chokhmah And so they descend toward Netzach, Hod, and Yesod Malkhut is the vessel of them all (מַלְכוּת מָאנָא דְכֻלְּהוּ), and she is dust, included of all (וְאִיהִי עָפָר כְּלִילָא מִכֻּלְּהוּ). And she is the sum of all the letters, which are the vessels for the vowels And concerning these seven voices it is said: “And all the people saw the voices” (וְעַל אִלֵּין שֶׁבַע קָלִין אִתְּמַר וְכָל הָעָם רֹאִים אֶת הַקּוֹלֹת) (Exodus 20:18). And concerning the three hidden ones it is said: “The voice of words you did hear” (וְעַל תְּלַת גְּנִיזִין אָמַר קוֹל דְּבָרִים אַתֶּם שׁוֹמְעִים) (Deuteronomy 4:12). The daughter-voice of them all is the lower Shekhinta

Come and see, three vowels there are: Chirek, Cholem, Shuruk Cholem: the thorn of the Yod above is Cholem Chirek: the thorn of the letter Yod below is Chirek In the middle it is Shuruk When these three are as one, they are Segolta, and they are Shalshelet, and they are Shuruk, and they are Segol
