Come and see: the Shekhinta is called a table, from the side of the left (תָּא חֲזִי שְׁכִינְתָּא אִתְקְרִיאַת פָּתוֹרָא מִסִּטְרָא דִשְׂמָאלָא), and the Menorah from the side of the right (וּמְנַרְתָּא מִסִּטְרָא דִימִינָא), and the bed is in the middle, from the side of the middle pillar (וּמִטָּה מְמוּצַעַת מִסִּטְרָא דְעַמּוּדָא דְאֶמְצָעִיתָא). And for this reason his union is in the middle, between north and south And the Rabbis have established: everyone who places his bed between north and south, he will have male children, etc.

The table rests upon four supports (פָּתוֹרָא אִיהִי סְמִיכָא עַל אַרְבָּעָה סָמְכִין), which is in the likeness of the body, which rests upon arms and legs, which are four (דְּאִיהִי כְּגַוְונָא דְגוּפָא דְסָמְכִין לֵיהּ דְּרוֹעִין וְשׁוֹקִין דְּאִינוּן אַרְבַּע). And there must be six loaves from this side, and six loaves from that side And the secret of the matter: “This is the table that is before Hashem” (Ezekiel 41:22) “This” is in the computation of Vav and Vav, which are the six joints of the two arms and the six joints of the two legs For the Shekhinta is made into a body for the King in all her arrangements And with these twelve joints of the Nukvah and twelve joints of the Male (וּבְאִלֵּין תְּרֵין עֲשַׂר פִּרְקִין דְּנוּקְבָא וּתְרֵין עֲשַׂר פִּרְקִין דִּדְכוּרָא), the angels say: “And one called to another and said: Holy, holy, holy…” “This” with Kudsha Berikh Hu is one “This” with the Shekhinta is one And all is Hashem One, uniting the two of them And corresponding to “one called to another,” David said twenty-four songs (וְלָקֳבֵל זֶה אֶל זֶה אָמַר דָּוִד עֶשְׂרִים וְאַרְבָּע רְנָנוֹת), and these correspond to the twenty-four books of the Orayta (וְאִינוּן לָקֳבֵל עֶשְׂרִין וְאַרְבַּע סִפְרֵי אוֹרַיְיתָא).

“This/zeh/12” is corresponding to the four faces of each living creature, for the three living creatures “This” the second, corresponding to the four wings of each living creature, for the three living creatures And this is the secret of the matter: “And each one had four faces, and each one had four wings” (Ezekiel 1:6) All of them fly upon the table before Hashem with many songs And it is necessary to join this table with the Orayta, which is Kudsha Berikh Hu And for this reason the Masters of the Mishnah have established: “Two who eat at one table…” And if it is one guest and one host: the host breaks bread, and the guest blesses The host breaking bread - this is the middle pillar above And the guest blessing - this is the Tzaddik, of whom it is said: “And the path of the righteous is as the light of dawn…” And the Tzaddik is on Shabbat like a guest who comes and goes on every Shabbat

Shabbat is the Shekhinta (שַׁבָּת שְׁכִינְתָּא). Her host is the middle pillar And he breaks and distributes the piece of bread, which is the drop And he gives it to the guest, who is the Tzaddik and the poor one And the guest blesses the host with “the all, from all, all” - these are the three Patriarchs With the blessings with which they were blessed For the blessings, by the hand of the Tzaddik, descend to the middle pillar This is that which is written: “And blessings are upon the head of the Tzaddik” (Proverbs 10:6) Who is the head of the Tzaddik? This is the middle pillar Nine blessings are from above to below, from Keter down to the Tzaddik And nine are from below to above, from the Tzaddik up to the Supernal Keter And all of them ascend as eighteen And the Bride is included from them

“A prayer of Moshe” and “A prayer of David” - the Beit haKnesset is the gathering of all the blessings Prayer is because it is a horse for Kudsha Berikh Hu And she becomes secondary to the Rider Thus have the Masters of the Mishnah established: the rider is not secondary to the horse, but the horse is secondary to the rider There is Tafel with Tet (אִית טָפֵל בְּטֵית), and there is Tafel with Tav (וְאִית תָּפֵל בְּתָו). As it is written: “Can that which is tasteless be eaten without salt?” And this prayer is with Tav And she is a cup of wine For wine is the computation of secret from Yesod And there must be in it ten things, as the Masters of the Mishnah have established And these correspond to the computation of ten from Yesod And they are: adorning, wrapping, rinsing, washing, life, and fullness; receiving it with two hands, giving it with the right, setting his eyes upon it, lifting it from the ground one tefach, and sending it as a gift to his household

Adorning is from the side of the crown of the covenant of circumcision Wrapping - “Who wraps Himself with light as with a garment” (Psalms 104:2) And if he is poor, and has only a quarter-log, which is the measure of the letter Dalet (וְאִם הוּא עָנִי דְלֵית בֵּיהּ אֶלָּא רְבִיעִית לוֹג דְּאִיהִי שִׁעוּרָא דְאָת ד׳), it is said: “A prayer of the afflicted, when he faints” (Psalms 102:1) (אִתְּמַר תְּפִלָּה לְעָנִי כִּי יַעֲטוֹף).

Rinsing and washing - rinsing is from within, and washing is from without And the secret of the matter: “And he shall purify it and sanctify it” (Leviticus 16:19)
