Chapter 15, Section 4 (פֶּרֶק ט״ו אוֹת ד׳)

4. He descends and gazes (ד. יוֹרֵד וּמִסְתַּכֵּל), with wondrous pride (בִּגְאַוָה נִפְלָאָה), and with unusual sovereignty (וּשְׂרָרָה מְשֻׁנָּה), a pride of exaltation (גְּאַוָה שֶׁל רוֹמֵמָה), and a sovereignty of radiance (וּשְׂרָרָה שֶׁל זֵהָיוֹן), which are stirred before the Throne of His Glory (שֶׁהֵן מִתְרַגְּשׁוֹת לִפְנֵי כִּסֵּא כְבוֹדוֹ), twice every day (פְּעָמַיִם בְּכָל יוֹם וָיוֹם), on high (בַּמָּרוֹם), from the day the world was created until now (מִיּוֹם שֶׁנִּבְרָא הָעוֹלָם וְעַד עַכְשָׁיו), to give praise (לְשַׁבֵּחַ) that Totrakhiya"l Hashem (שֶׁטוֹטְרַכִּיאָ״ל ה׳) conducts Himself with them on high (מִתְנַהֵג בָּהּ בַּמָּרוֹם).
