Chapter 16, Section 5 (פֶּרֶק ט״ז אוֹת ה׳)

5. He must not add to one hundred and twelve times (ה. שֶׁלֹּא יוֹסִיף עַל מֵאָה וּשְׁתֵּים עֶשְׂרֵה פְּעָמִים), and he must not subtract from them (וְלֹא יִגְרַע מֵהֶם); if he adds or subtracts (אוֹ מוֹסִיף אוֹ גוֹרֵעַ), his blood is upon his own head (דָּמוֹ בְּרֹאשׁוֹ). Rather, his mouth must utter the Names (אֶלָּא פִּיו יוֹצֵא שֵׁמוֹת), and the fingers of his hands-one hundred and twelve must be counted (וְאֶצְבְּעוֹת יָדָיו מֵאָה וּשְׁתֵּים עֶשְׂרֵה יִסְפְּרוּ). Immediately he descends and rules over the Merkavah (מִיָּד יוֹרֵד וְשׁוֹלֵט בַּמֶּרְכָּבָה).
