Chapter 2, Section 3 (פֶּרֶק ב׳ אוֹת ג׳)

3. Greater than all (ג גְּדוֹלָה מִכֻּלָּם): that they blast and cry out (שֶׁתוֹקְעִין וּמְרִיעִין), and afterward excommunicate (וְאַחַר כָּךְ מְנַדִּין), and again excommunicate and anathematize (וְשָׁבִים מְנַדִּין וּמַחֲרִימִין), three times every day (שָׁלוֹשׁ פְּעָמִים בְּכָל יוֹם וָיוֹם), from the day permission was granted (מִיוֹם שֶׁנִּתְּנָה רְשׁוּת) to the worthy and the humble (לַכְּשֵׁרִים וְלַעֲנָוִים), to the afflicted, the discerning, the upright, the pious, the young, the ascetics, the righteous, and the wholehearted (לַעֲלוּבִים לַנְּבוֹנִים לַיְשָׁרִים לַחֲסִידִים לַבַּחוּרִים לַפְּרוּשִׁים לַצַדִּיקִים וְלַתְּמִימִים), to descend and ascend in the Merkavah (לֵירֵד וְלַעֲלוֹת בַּמֶּרְכָּבָה), to say: Let him be in excommunication (יְהֵא בְּנִדּוּי)

Ta‘tz’sh Hashem Elokei Yisrael (ט״עצ״ש ה׳ אֱלֹקֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל), upon him and the Throne of His Glory and the Crown of His Head (לוֹ וּלְכִסֵּא כְבוֹדוֹ וּלְכֶתֶר רֹאשׁוֹ), to the heavenly court and the earthly court (לְבֵית דִּין שֶׁל מַעְלָה וּלְבֵית דִּין שֶׁל מַטָּה), and to all the hosts above and all His servants (וּלְכָל צְבָא מָרוֹם וּלְכָל מְשָׁרְתָיו): whoever stands before Him, contemplates the Merkavah, and abandons them (מִי שֶׁעוֹמֵד לְפָנָיו, חוֹשֵׁשׁ בַּמֶּרְכָּבָה, וְעוֹזֵב אוֹתָן).
