Chapter 3, Section 5 (פֶּרֶק ג׳ אוֹת ה׳)

5. A wondrous majesty and a strange dominion (ה גַּאֲוָה מוּפְלָאָה וּשְׂרָרָה מְשׁוּנָה), majesty of stillness and dominion of brilliance (גַּאֲוָה שֶׁל דּוֹמֵמָה וּשְׂרָרָה שֶׁל זְהִיוּה), which the Angel of the Presence conducts with it three times each day (שֶׁמַּלְאַךְ הַפָּנִים מִתְנַהֵג בָּהּ בְּכָל יוֹם שָׁלוֹשׁ פְּעָמִים), in the heavenly court (בְּבֵית דִּין שֶׁל מַעְלָה), as he goes and comes upon the heights of the firmament (כְּשֶׁהוּא הוֹלֵךְ וָבָא עַל עֲרָבוֹת רָקִיעַ), which are above the Keruvim (שֶׁעַל הַכְּרוּבִים), and above the heads of the Ofanim (וְשֶׁעַל רָאשֵׁי הָאוֹפַנִּים), and above the heads of the living creatures (וְשֶׁעַל רָאשֵׁי הַחַיּוֹת).
