And when our ancestors saw the Throne of Glory, that it spiraled from within it (וּכְשֶׁרָאוּ אֲבוֹתֵינוּ אֶת כִּסֵּא הַכָּבוֹד שֶׁסִּלְסוּל מִתּוֹכוֹ), and stood between the Ulam and the Mizbe’ach (וְעוֹמֵד בֵּין הָאוּלָם וְהַמִּזְבֵּחַ), and for the Molcho shel Olam (וּלְמַלְכּוֹ שֶׁל עוֹלָם), they immediately fell upon their faces (מִיָּד נָפְלוּ עַל פְּנֵיהֶם), and upon that very moment was it said: (“The glory of this latter House shall be greater than that of the former”) (וְעַל אוֹתָהּ שָׁעָה נֶאֱמַר: גָּדוֹל יִהְיֶה כְבוֹד הַבַּיִת הַזֶּה הָאַחֲרוֹן מִן הָרִאשׁוֹן) (Chaggai 2:9).
