Chapter 35, Section 3 (פֶּרֶק ל״ה אוֹת ג׳)

3. And they return in repentance at that moment-sixty myriads of Israel (ג. וְחוֹזְרִין בִּתְשׁוּבָה בְּאוֹתוֹ שָׁעָה: שִׁשִּׁים רִבּוֹא מִיִּשְׂרָאֵל), and they gather all the nations of the world (וּמְקַבְּצִין כָּל אוּמוֹת הָעוֹלָם), and they seek to return in repentance (וּמְבַקְּשִׁין לַחֲזוֹר בִּתְשׁוּבָה). When they see Israel going to synagogues and houses of study (כְּשֶׁרוֹאִין אֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל שֶׁהֵן הוֹלְכִים לְבָתֵּי כְּנֵסִיּוֹת וּבָתֵּי מִדְרָשׁוֹת), and asking for mercy in a loud voice (וּמְבַקְּשִׁין רַחֲמִים בְּקוֹל רָם), and they see as though they do not see, and hear as though they do not hear (וְרוֹאִים כְּמִי שֶׁאֵינָם רוֹאִים וְלֹא שׁוֹמְעִים)-the nations shall see and be ashamed, (יִרְאוּ גוֹיִם וְיֵבֹשׁוּ) as it is said: (Mikhah 7:16) (שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר: יִרְאוּ גוֹיִם וְיֵבֹשׁוּ).
