Chapter 39, Section 4 (פֶּרֶק ל״ט אוֹת ד׳)

4. And he said: “Draw near to me, and I shall speak to you a word of God” (ד. וַיֹּאמֶר: גְּשָׁה נָא אֵלַי וַאֲדַבֵּר לְךָ דְּבַר אֱלֹקִים). “Know that Menachem ben Amiel will come on the fourteenth of Nisan” (דַּע כִּי מְנַחֵם בֶּן עַמִּיאֵל יָבוֹא בְּאַרְבָּעָה עָשָׂר בְּנִיסָן), “and he shall stand upon Beka‘ati” (וְיַעֲמֹד עַל בְּקַעְתִּי). And Menachem ben Amiel shall speak to the elders and say: (וַיַּעַן וַיֹּאמֶר מְנַחֵם בֶּן עַמִּיאֵל לַזְּקֵנִים): “I am the Mashiach of Hashem, whom He has sent to proclaim glad tidings to you” (אֲנִי הוּא מָשִׁיחַ ה׳ אֲשֶׁר שְׁלָחַנִי לְבַשֵּׂר אֶתְכֶם).
