About Kinat Hashem Tzevaot
Rabbi Moshe Chaim Luzzatto (Ramchal)
Kinat Hashem Tzevaot is one of the most elevated and hidden works of Rabbi Moshe Chaim Luzzatto, author of Mesillat Yesharim, Derech Hashem, and many other foundational sefarim in machshavah and sod.
Composed in the holy land of Padua in his early years, this sefer is a fiery discourse on the truth of Mashiach, the nature of messiahship, and the inner vision of redemption as understood in the deepest strata of Torah. In these pages, the Ramchal reveals lofty teachings concerning the soul of the redeemer, the preparation of creation for geulah, and the hidden order of divine governance that brings about the final tikun. The work stands as a protest against falseness and distortion in matters of emunah and gilui haShechinah, and calls for a return to the authentic path of redemption as transmitted by the Sages and mekubalim.
